Silica Quartz
ABOUT SILICA QUARTZ
SILICA QUARTZ (SiO2) is a hard, crystaline mineral composed of silica (silicon dioxide). It is the second most abundant mineral in Earth's continental crust.
In recent years, quartz slab industry develops rapidly as it is widely used in house renovations especially in kitchen. We are familiar with the complete industrial chain of the quartz slab, from the material sand production technology to the final quartz slab manufacturing plant and thus could provide support on every stage.
QUARTZ MINING
As quartz is measured 7 Mohs in scale for hardness, it’s important that we have our own qualified expert to conduct BLASTING at our Quartz Mine.
QUARTZ CRUSHING FACILITIES
Cone Crushers will be the major crushing equipment in our facility as widely used in many mineral crushing plants. It can produce well crushed and sized granules needed for more efficient grinding processing at later stage.
QUARTZ PROSESSING PLANT
In GFR, at our washing facility, gravity-based separation system along with in line camera sorting system that assures the uniformity of color in the product, high power Roller Magnetic System that segregates all the metallic waste, Stone to stone crushing system that has proven to be the best in the market, and Auto Weighing and Bagging system that makes sure that each packet is identical.
